• All physical restoration work, site inspections, estimates, contracts, and warranties are executed exclusively between you and the independent Service Partner assigned to handle your request.

2. TCPA Communications & TCPA Consent Agreement

By submitting a contact form or calling a telephone number listed on the Site, you provide express written consent to receive communications from Trusted Local Restoration and our independent Service Partners:

• Communication Methods: Communications may include phone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, pre-recorded voice messages, and automated dialing systems.
• Non-Condition of Purchase: You acknowledge that giving consent to receive marketing or referral calls/texts is not a required condition for purchasing any goods or services.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard cellular carrier message and data rates may apply to text messages or mobile communications.
• Opt-Out Procedure: You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS received or emailing privacy@trustedlocalrestoration.com.

3. Call Intake, Monitoring, and Recording

• To ensure service verification, maintain quality assurance, and accurately track referral calls for our Service Partners, all incoming and outgoing phone calls may be monitored and recorded.
• Incoming calls may initially be answered by an authorized live intake center or third-party call management system before being transferred to a local restoration professional.
• By initiating a call to any number listed on this Site, you consent to the monitoring, recording, and transfer of your telephone conversation.

4. No Guarantee or Endorsement of Services

While we aim to connect users with independent local professionals, Trusted Local Restoration makes no guarantees regarding:

• The availability, pricing, or response time of any local Service Partner.
• The overall quality, safety, legality, craftsmanship, or timeliness of work performed.
• Whether a referred Service Partner holds active state or local licenses, specific insurance coverage, or IICRC certifications at the time of service.
• Whether a contractor’s work will be fully covered by your homeowner or commercial property insurance policy.

You are strictly responsible for inspecting credentials, licenses, insurance certificates, and contracts prior to hiring any referred contractor.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Trusted Local Restoration, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or referral services.
• We accept no liability for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, contractor delays, or disputes arising between you and any third-party Service Partner.
• If any liability is found against us, our total aggregated liability shall not exceed $100.00 or the total amount you paid directly to us to use our referral platform (whichever is less).

6. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
