Trusted Local Restoration is an emergency referral and lead generation platform. We connect consumers seeking emergency water, fire, smoke, and storm restoration services with independent, third-party contractors and call-routing networks (“Service Partners”).
When you call a phone number on our website or submit an online request form:
- Your contact information, emergency details, and phone call audio may be transferred or routed to an independent local contractor or authorized call center to fulfill your request.
- Under certain state privacy definitions, transferring lead data or routing phone calls to commercial third parties in exchange for value or referral compensation may be defined as “selling” or “sharing” personal information.
- We do not sell static marketing lists, customer databases, or personal details to general telemarketers or unrelated third-party advertisers.
2. Submit a “Do Not Sell My Info” or Opt-Out Request

3. Revoking Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent
If you previously submitted a contact form or called a tracking number on trustedlocalrestoration.com and wish to revoke your consent to receive automated phone calls, text messages (SMS), or pre-recorded voice communications from us or our partner contractors:
- Text Messages (SMS): Reply “STOP” to any text message received from our system or partners.
- Phone Calls / Automated Dialers: Email your phone number to privacy@trustedlocalrestoration.com requesting that your number be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call (DNC) list.
Once processed, we will suppress your phone number in our system and request that assigned call buyers purge your details from active calling lists.
4. Right to Delete & Right to Access
